• Grade 12.9
• Black Zinc coating
• Rockwell C37 (vacuum hardened)
• Acetal washers for low friction surfaces
• Grade 10 zinc plated locknuts
• 170,000 psi tensile strength, stronger than Grade 8 steel and titanium!

(Heat Treatment increases baseline mechanical properties, including strength. Cryogenic treatment does not make material stronger but enhances properties like stability and resistance to wear which is not needed in stationary fasteners.)
