Your Custom Seat, Ready in Under an Hour

Each kit includes pre-dosed, two-component polyurethane, ready for use. Simply break the seal, knead the pouch, and after around 50 seconds, the foam will begin to expand. Once placed in the seat, the material continues expanding for another 4050 seconds. At this point, the driver gets into position while the foam adapts to their body. After 15-20 minutes of expansion and 40 minutes of curing, the insert is ready for use and can be cut to the final correct shape.

Every Driver Is Unique So Is Their Seat

For best results we recommend using too large of a cushion rather than too small. Choosing the right kit depends on the space between the driver and the seat. Each insert is carefully and thoughtfully made and designed to reflect the riders build, preferences, and riding style.
Excess material at the edges can be cut to obtain the necessary shape for the racing driver.

Important: You will never touch the chemicals directly

1. Break the seal between the two pockets of the pouch and mix the two liquids (foam) until the expanding foam causes the inner pouch to POP this should take about 50 seconds
2. Place the seat in the car
3. Then, place the driver in the seat and wait for 15-20 minutes
4. The insert is ready for use or trimming after 40 minutes

Tips for best results:

The better the existing seat fits the driver, the smaller the insert you need.

For best results, its better to use an insert thats too large rather than too small.

Excess material at the edges can be cut to achieve the right shape for the driver.
