aFe Power is proud to introduce another addition to the aFe Control suspension line: Johnny O’Connell Signature Series Stage 1 Suspension package for 1997-2013 C5 & C6 Chevrolet Corvettes. These sway bars and gas shocks are a direct bolt-on solution for the Corvette and are tuned by Johnny O’Connell to the exact specifications needed for a perfect balance between performance and smooth ride. This sway bar set is made of 4130 chromoly steel, CNC bent and powder-coated yellow. The front bar is 35mm and the rear is 29mm, which features 3-way adjustability. Also Included are heavy duty rod end links with CNC machined articulating spacers, grade 8 hardware and vehicle specific polyurethane bushings designed to perfectly fit stock brackets. The damping curve has been completely revised, removing the harsh, high speed ride characteristics associated with OEM dampers, while offering increased “platform” to keep the car planted in turns or transition inputs like slalom or road courses.
